Melyana Kasuza holds a Certificate in Community and Rural Development and a Diploma in Business from Soche Technical College. She brings over one year of experience in providing secretarial services and coordinating administrative functions, as well as supporting project planning, implementation, facilitation, and community mobilization.

Melyana also holds a one-year qualification in Paralegal Studies from Mpemba Staff Development Institute. She has contributed to strengthening Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms at the community level and played a key role in identifying and disseminating legal information tailored to the needs of target communities, enhancing their access to justice through formal courts.
