Boniface is responsible for the planning and implementation of development programs. His areas of expertise include Wash Projects, Public Health, Economics, Rural Development and Agriculture. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Project Management with over 10 years of work experience.

Boniface wishes to build a community where rural women and the youth are recognized in the community, young girls finish secondary school, deserving youth gets jobs and people living with HIV get easy access to healthcare. He envisions a community with equal opportunity where the women and the youth have access to land and are fully engaged in farming activities.
